（2Construction qualification: Having Grade 3 or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects issued by the construction administrative department。

3.2Section 2:

3.2.2 The bidder shall have the Grade B or above qualification of building construction supervision issued by the construction administrative department or the comprehensive qualification of project supervision。
